Bikes & Breakfast at BMW Motorrad Welt is your invitation to start the day the right way – good coffee, breakfast from the bistro, and real conversations from inside the scene. Relaxed, open, and right in the middle of it all.
Our guest is Claudia Menzel: motorcycle enthusiast, coach, and one of the leading voices in Female Riding Culture. Her talk is aimed at women riders and FLINTA – and it goes straight to the things that actually matter.
What to expect:
She starts where many riders start: Why do women often approach motorcycling differently? What sits between safety, performance and freedom – and which insecurities are actually completely normal?
From there, she moves into one of the most powerful topics: building confidence – without more horsepower. Understanding seat height, weight and control. Making sense of the respect we feel for the machine. And knowing where mental security beats technique every time.
Then: independence over workshop-dependency. What basics should every rider know? How do you learn to truly understand your bike, not just ride it – and how do you avoid costly mistakes when buying gear and accessories?
Comfort and ergonomics matter more than most people think: seating position, lever reach, body height versus bike choice – small adjustments, big impact.
Claudia also talks about the Female Riding Mindset: overcoming self-doubt, resisting peer pressure, riding at your own pace, and building genuine confidence.
And at the heart of it all: Community and Female Riding Culture. Why less ego and more mutual support doesn't just change how we ride – it changes the entire culture around it.
The talk is intentionally open format: listen, have breakfast, join the conversation – and bring your questions to the Q&A. The programme from 10 AM to 1 PM is open to everyone, free of charge – Register here.
Afterwards, an exclusive Electric Workshop (Women Only & FLINTA) takes place – hands-on fundamentals of motorcycle electrics, led by Claudia and her team. The workshop is separately bookable: Register here.
